What I'm doing now.
Here are some projects I’m working on right now.
Biophysics: Decoding the Mechanics of Viral Evolution
In biophysics, we use our “Computational Microscope” to see how life’s machinery works in real time. One main goal of our research is to address the global problem of drug-resistant influenza. By combining Quantum Mechanics and Molecular Dynamics, we create simulations that show how viruses evolve to evade treatments like Tamiflu while remaining dangerous. This approach shows how physical science can help us understand how living things adapt, giving us important tools for “Rational Drug Design” to stay ahead of future pandemics.
